Pistachio forms thick clumps of vegetation that are ideal for birds and other small animals to hide in.
The Tamarissière owes its name to the Tamaris, which has almost disappeared from the campsite. It’s a shrub, not a tree, that blooms every year with pretty purple flowers.

Under the floors of your furnished accommodation, rabbits, field mice and hedgehogs have taken up residence. Have you seen them?
As for birds, we can observe several species: gray wagtail, black-tailed wagtail, egrets, crows, magpies, hoopoe, black woodpecker, a pair of middle-sized owls, and even a nesting box for falcons.
